The Practice Series — 250 therapist Instagram templates in five styles
Who this is for

Three people buy this. All three have the same 11 p.m. problem.

The clinician filling a caseload

You need a steady feed that says what you treat, where you're licensed and how to reach you — without a single line a board could read the wrong way.

The therapist who also publishes

A book, a workbook, a podcast, a newsletter. You need launch screens, excerpts and episode cards that don't look bolted on to a clinical account.

The coach who isn't licensed

You need the same clarity about scope — what this is, what it is not — said plainly, so nobody mistakes a program for treatment.

The shared problem: the post is written at the end of the day, in Canva, from a blank square, and then you sit with it for ten more minutes wondering whether you are allowed to say it.

What most packs get wrong

The usual therapist pack

  • "Your headline here" and Lorem ipsum — you still write everything.
  • Designed by someone who has never sat in a session: quotes, affirmations, "book a call".
  • Sage green, beige arches, and the same fonts as the last twelve packs you saw.
  • No credential line, no disclaimer, no crisis screen — you add them in the wrong font at the wrong size, if you remember.
  • A testimonial slide you can't ethically use.
  • "250 templates" that are 25 layouts in ten colors.

The Practice Series

  • Fifty screens with real, publishable text: the boundary carousel, the myth you keep correcting, the question box, the fifty-minute hour, the launch week, the scope statement.
  • Written the way a licensed US therapist actually posts — observed from live feeds, not invented at a desk.
  • Five distinct design systems. One is dark. None is sage.
  • Credential line, "educational use only", crisis lines with a revision-date slot, DM-privacy line and photo-consent line — built into the layouts.
  • No testimonial slide. Nothing that promises an outcome.
  • 250 layouts means 5 styles × 50 different screens. We counted.
Five complete styles · 50 layouts each

Pick the one that sounds like you. Or run one per season.

Every style carries the same fifty texts. Switch styles and nothing you wrote is lost.

SIGNAL — all 50 layouts

SIGNAL

A card system on saturated color. The loudest of the five — for the account that wants to be noticed in a feed of beige.

MARGIN

Handwriting on paper. The quietest — notes, lists and letters photographed on the desk.

CHART — all 50 layouts

CHART

Marker drawings that measure something: wheels, quadrants, decision trees. The teaching one.

COLUMN

An editorial column laid across a light photo: heavy grotesk, thin rules, a strip of swatches. The most magazine of the five.

QUIET HOUR — all 50 layouts

QUIET HOUR

Dim rooms, one word in gold on every screen. The only dark one.

Same words, five voices

One screen, five ways to say it.

The crisis-resources screen and the intro screen in all five styles. Your name and license are bracketed slots — the pack never claims a fact about you that isn't true.

Written for a licensed practice

Written for a licensed practice.

A credential line where it belongs: [FULL NAME AS REGISTERED], [LICENSE TYPE] #[NUMBER] · Licensed in [STATE].

"Content for educational use only" on the teaching screens. A crisis-resources screen with the US lines — 988, text HOME to 741741, veterans, 911 — and a revision-date slot so you confirm they are current before you post.

A scope screen for what you do and what you do not treat. "DMs are not confidential" where questions are invited. A photo-consent line on the screens that show other people.

This is a design product, not legal or licensing advice. Every credential, number and crisis line is a slot you fill in and verify yourself.

How it works

Open. Swap. Post.

1

Open the file in Canva

One Canva design per style. Pages are named by chapter and topic, so you find the screen you need in seconds.

2

Swap the words and the photo

The text is already written and placed. Type over it, drop your own photo into the same frame, fill the bracketed slots.

3

Check the slots, then post

Credential line, disclaimer, crisis lines with a date. Confirm they are current, export, publish. Move on with your evening.

Questions

Everything you might be wondering.

Do I need Canva Pro?

The files are built for Canva and use Google fonts. If Canva marks one of the fonts with a crown on your account, choose the nearest free font in the same list — the layout holds.

Are the photos included?

The photos in the previews are placeholders that show the layout. Drop your own into the same frame and the text stays where it is.

Is the copy actually written?

Yes. Every screen ships with publishable text you can use as it stands or replace. The facts about you — name, license, dates, events — are bracketed slots, so nothing on a layout claims something about you that is not true.

Is this HIPAA-compliant / board-approved?

No design product can promise that, and we don't. What the series gives you is the slots and the reminders — credential line, disclaimer, crisis lines with a revision date, DM-privacy line, photo-consent line. Checking them against your board's rules is yours to do.

Can I use this for my clients as a designer?

Not on this license. This one covers your own practice or brand. Resale and redistribution of the files are not allowed.

How do I get the files?

Instantly, by email, after checkout. No shipping, no waiting.

Post between sessions. Not instead of sleep.

250 layouts, five styles, the words already written.
